Group Chat 💬 Hot libido tips, prenatals, happy person tricks
plus, so many good clothing finds this week!
Welcome to this week’s ✨ Group Chat 💬, where we spill what’s happening behind the scenes. From everyday chaos to the things we can’t stop talking about, consider this your front-row seat to the sister thread.
Here’s what was on our minds (and in our texts) last week…
What’s new in our biz…
We chatted with THE hormone expert this week to give you tips that will SAVE your sex drive and libido. Listen here!
We couldn’t resist jumping on the “baggy clothes vs. bikini” trend, but with a cycle syncing twist. You know we had to make it hormonal….
What our kids are loving….
This children’s book about a little blue cottage and it’s beautiful illustrations.
This popsicle mold set. Carly’s been making electrolyte pops for Tatum this week!
This sandwich cutter to make our own version of uncrustables!
These bright colored swim trunks for Alaina’s boys!
What we’re nourishing ourselves with…
A high-quality prenatal, even after childbirth! We’ll never forget learning that you’re supposed to keep taking your prenatal after birth. Postpartum recovery is no joke; between blood loss, nutrient depletion, hormone shifts, and milk production, your body needs real support. We’ve stayed on this one because it includes methylfolate (crucial if you have the MTHFR gene mutation), plus vitamin D, thyroid-supportive minerals, and only takes 3 pills a day. Carly swears she feels a major difference in energy, mood, and milk supply when she’s consistent. Shop through our link to get a FREE month of REST + DIGEST Magnesium with your subscription!
Fruit from these cutie little strainers! Julie has found that when she cleans her fruit (baking soda and water + rinse + then air dry) in these strainers and stores it in the fridge this way, the fruit stays crispy and fresh so much longer!
What we’re reading…
Alaina just finished "One Golden Summer" by Carly Fortune. SHE LOVED IT! It's a sweet, light summer read. She has moved onto "My Favorite Bad Decision" by Elizabeth O'Roark... classic enemies-to-lovers situation but this time, it's while the 2 main characters are climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro!!! HAHA, she was hooked right away!
What we’re wearing….
Carly’s living in her new crossover set. She has the midnight navy color in small.
All three of us just ordered this pointelle set in white, and it’s currently on sale! Seems like the perfect ‘fit for pregnancy/postpartum.
Alaina just snagged this raffia hat on sale. Grab it if you need a quintessential summer hat!
Testing out this sheer mesh bra with no wires!!! Lots of you recommended it to us in the DMs! (The sale is buy 2 bras, get 1 FREE with code FREEBRA) 👏
This jumpsuit that’s giving kangaroo vibes 😂. Great for pregnancy or postpartum. We all own it in 3 colors hahaha. We wear XS or S... runs kinda big, so definitely size down.
Julie’s needed more short-sleeved + short PJs for summer, so she just ordered this 100% cotton pair (again, ON SALE, baby!).
What’s inspiring us…
This happy person trick! It actually did shift Carly’s POV this week and she’s feeling so grateful and inspired. Truly, what you put out into the universe, the universe will hand back to you. So, send out positivity, abundance and love. End of story ❤️
What’s we’re listening to…
Alaina found an awesome kids podcast by NPR called "But Why: A Podcast For Curious Kids" Her almost 6-year old son is so happy to learn from each episode that features a fun topic... like "Are horseshoe crabs…crabs?" or "Why do trains run on tracks?". Even Alaina is fascinated listening... her inner child is geeking out. Highly recommend if you have a kiddo who loves to ask WHY!
In this episode, Carly was mind blown when she learned that the people who resist energetic healing are often the ones dealing with chronic illness, money issues, or relationship problems. When we avoid our emotional baggage, it doesn’t just disappear…it shows up in our bodies and our lives. Unprocessed trauma, stress, or stuck energy can block us from health, abundance, and aligned relationships. It’s not punishment, it’s a reflection. Healing is how we return to flow, purpose, and peace.
Heard something this week that made you laugh out loud, rethink everything, or run to send the link to a friend? We want to hear it. Drop your best takeaways in the comments so we can all steal your wisdom, too!
Wishing you a weekend that hits the spot—whatever that looks like for you.
Talk soon ❤️
